The first 300 to pre-register for the 5K XC Trail Race get a Gabe's Run Technical Running Shirt from Saucony. Everyone who is pre-registered is eligible for early raffle prizes awarded BEFORE race day!
Race Events and Prizes
1 Mile Fun Run
A one mile cross-country style loop across the beautiful trails of Myopia. A perfect event for runners of all ages, shapes and sizes.
The 5K XC Trail Race
The main events. Separate 5K races for men and women. We expect well over 350 runners for each race again this year. Prizes will be awarded to first, second and third place finishers overall and by age group.
The course begins and ends in Patton Park. 3.12 miles of open fields and beautiful wooded trails that wind through moderate changes in elevation and features the steep ascent of Scilly’s hill around the 2 mile mark.
The Top 25
The first 25 finishers in each 5K race, both men's and women's, will receive a very special Top 25 running shirt. There's only 25 so better run fast!
Team XC Challenge
Assemble a team of 5 or more runners to compete in the Team XC Challenge. Grab your friends, neighbors or book club and compete to win! Just add the name of your team when you register for either the men's or women's 5K race.
Community Cup
Be a townie! We automatically sort each finish by the town you registered from. A town team is comprised of the top 5 finishers from each town, the team with the lowest total points wins the Community Cup — and bragging rights for the rest of the year.
